Creationism / Evolution, quiddity / haeccity of life.?

You want to know where the first self replicating cell came into existence, we do not yet know the answer to this question and nor will we find it in my lifetime, However I imagine it must have originated from some very mive means perhaps the "big bang" or some other cataclysmic event, such as when a star dies.
