Should I take a promise from a drunk person seriously?

If he seemed like a good guy when he was sober and all love the whole world when he was drunk then he is probably a good guy. I would ask him. The worst he could say is no. The only problem I see is how will your boyfriend feel about this guy having to measure up your ies for their new cage lol
