Can you get picked for the Jonas Brothers Burning up Tour meet and greet and not be able to go to the concert?

At Hershey Park On June 25,2008 or Scraton PA on August 1, 2008... YESS!! i do wanna stay for the concert, but unfortunatley they are basically sold out. If so, how do i do that?
