Symbols of the novel Little Women?

I'm doing a project on the novel Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, and I made an advent calender (those Christmas calenders that have 25 "boxes" with candy and other little things that you open one a day to count down the days until Christmas) and I want to fill it with little items that represent the book. I've come up with a few ideas, but not 25. The spaces for the items to fit in is about 2 - 3 inches wide and tall. Any ideas? Thanks :)
