Illinois Property Tax Increases....NOT FOR OBAMA?

Mine went up 9.08% second most. I haven't heard of anyones going up more than 10%, I live in an up coming area with a lot of expensive homes being built, so I expected it. It's the price I pay to live in a better neighborhood. Obamas neighborhood has not seen much increased activity as mine has (his area has been stagnant for 10 years). Although I am extremely pissed that my Alderman (Balcer) rates barely went up, less than mine and he lives in the better half of our upcoming neighborhood.
