I would like a program to monitor my broadband speed. Is there one on download.com ??

Sometimes I am only in double figures in my KBpersecond, but I have to verify the speed using ZDNet speed test. Is there a program that I can add-on to firefox or minimise to sys tray to do a test every minute or so ??
