Fixie-Freewheel flip flop hub help?

I bought a swobo sanchez bike with a flip flop hub. It came set up as a freewheel, but I am ready to switch it to a fixie. So i took the rear wheel off, but I don't understand where the chain goes on the other side. Do I move the sprocket too? Any help is appreciated.
